Hello,
I don’t know what the hell is going on with Lyft. A lot of strange stuff going on the last 2 weeks. Today I stopped by the airport so I jumped in the queue. I had 43 drivers in front of me and get a ping for T4 door 1. I dropped the guy off in Tempe and took off after he told me to wait 10 minutes...he has 3 more stops. Yeah right lol so I head out of the parking lot and get a text from Lyft right away:
“We know that short rides can be frustrating, so if you head back to the airport queue now you may qualify for a higher spot in line!”
So I shoot back to the airport and get a ping before I even get to the lot for T4 again. This time a 24 mile trip. After I drop off I get 2 more pings in succession but the ride just “disappears” all of a sudden en route....no cancellation, just disappeared. Then the next 2 pings get rerouted 3 Times apiece to different pax. Seems like Lyft really needs to get their crap together. Sometimes it’s great but most of the time it’s this type of BS.
Please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i've been trying to serach it everywhere but didnt find any proper solution for it, please if anyone has a proper and exact information please help me out
