There's a new player in the rideshare market, and they've altered the rideshare business model. The company is Juno. They've been testing their business in the New York market and they've seen success. Even more impressive, most of their new drivers hear about them through word of mouth. Thats right, NO SIGN UP BONUSES. And they still bring in drivers.

Any thoughts?
