Lyft turns down GM buyout offer (363 views)

Lyft recently turned down an offer to be bought out from GM. According to Digital Trends, a recent offer made by GM was rejected. After hiring Qatalyst Partners a couple months ago, speculation began to circulate as to whether Lyft was looking to be acquired. Qatalyst Parters specializes in mergers and acquisitions. It appears that Lyft is either not looking to be acquired, or holding out for a higher bid.
